Accessibility

Paper Arrows should be a quiet puzzle for everyone. These are the accessibility features it supports on iPhone and iPad, and what each one does in the game.
VoiceOver
Every arrow on the board is read by its direction and its place, and a bump, a hint, running out of hearts and a clear are each spoken as they happen. The menus and panels read like any other iOS screen.
Voice Control
Every arrow on the board is a control Voice Control can reach. Say "Show numbers" and each arrow gets a number you can say to tap it; its name gives its direction, row and column.
Larger Text
Text follows your text size, up to the largest accessibility sizes, in every menu and panel. The bar under the board and the home screen grow to the largest standard size and stop there, so the board keeps its room.
Sufficient Contrast
With Increase Contrast on, the panels turn solid, the softer notes are drawn in full ink, and the soft fade at the foot of a panel becomes a clear edge.
Dark Interface
Choose Light, Dark or Ink in Settings, or System to follow your iPhone or iPad. Dark is true black with glowing arrows.
Differentiate Without Color Alone
An arrow's direction is its shape, never its color, so every board plays the same without color. The Ink look draws the whole game in black on paper.
Reduced Motion
With Reduce Motion on, the board's entrance, the camera's moves and the panels' slides become simple fades.
